All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of pre-loved luxury goods, all sales are final. Rose Revival does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Each item is carefully inspected, authenticated, and described to the best of our ability prior to sale. An Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is included with every purchase. Customers are encouraged to review all product photos, descriptions, and condition details carefully before completing a purchase. Additional information or images may be requested prior to purchase.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been submitted, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

Payment & Shipping Policy

All orders must be fully paid and payment successfully processed before shipping will occur. Rose Revival will not ship any item until payment has been received and cleared.

Orders that are pending, under review, or flagged by a payment processor will not be shipped until the payment is confirmed. This includes payments requiring additional verification or fraud review.

Once payment is processed, orders are prepared and shipped according to our standard handling times. Shipping timelines may vary based on order volume and carrier availability.

Authenticity Guarantee

All items sold by Rose Revival are 100% authentic. Each purchase includes a Certificate of Authenticity from Entrupy. Because authenticity is guaranteed and documented, returns based on authenticity concerns are not accepted.

Condition Disclosure

All items are pre-loved and may show signs of prior use. Any visible wear, imperfections, or notable characteristics are disclosed in the product listing to the best of our ability. Natural variations in color, texture, or hardware are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged due to shipping or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Rose Revival within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Shipping

Rose Revival ships within the United States only. Once an order has shipped, Rose Revival is not responsible for delays or missing packages caused by shipping carriers.
